How to Whitelist IP Addresses for Creating Accounts on Clay

I am trying to create an account on my work email but I already have a personal account on clay how do I whitelist the ip address so I can create the account on my work email without any issue.

There's no need to whitelist any IP address. If you want to use your work email for Clay while having an existing personal account, you'll need to have the existing account with that work email deleted first. Here's what you need to do: 1. Provide your current personal email address 2. Provide the work email address you'd like to use Once you share these details with our support team, we can help delete any existing account with your work email, allowing you to create a new account with that email address.

Hi Muhammad, thank you for reaching out. Creating multiple free accounts goes against out Terms of Service. If you wish to register more than one account to your IP address then at least one of them should be paid. Having said that, we cannot whitelist any IP. Hope this explains things!

Stefano thank you, but the account I am going to get associated with spends like 2-3K+ every month on clay Whats the best way to approach this since it is required to have a clay account on the work email.
