Hey team, I got this error while trying to find revenue based on an apollo ID that I enriched from the company website URL. Is this an error on Clay's end or Apollo?
👋 Hey there! Our support team has got your message - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in this thread so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Hey, thanks for reaching out! 😊 It looks like the error might be due to the account being deleted, which could have happened on either Clay’s or Apollo’s side. Here’s what I recommend trying: 1. Re-add your API Key: Go to your settings and try adding your Apollo API key again. 2. Create a New API Key: If that doesn’t solve it, generate a new API key in Apollo and try again. 3. Test with Another Contact/List/Action: See if the issue persists with a different contact or action. If you’ve tried all of this and it’s still not working, send me the table URL, and I’ll take a closer look for you! 😊
I changed the API from a master api to enrich api from Apollo
As you can see in the screenshot it works for the other column
Ok I see now, what are you exactly trying to achieve here?
Trying to find the revenue based on the account ID
Since you’ve already enriched the company and have the revenue data, there’s no need to run it again. The revenue information is already available in your current data. This feature is more useful when you’re trying to find account information that you don’t already have. Since you have it, you can directly access it from here. 😊 https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1213672878/d1cddb906f5fafa054d1d5d9ef90/CleanShot+2024-10-12+at+_36nE9Nq3PQ%402x.png?expires=1728744300&signature=a4902fb49c734454af41bf95c46cde719afe91f3697f581101928315f5711f66&req=dSImFc95n4lYUfMW1HO4zb3GHwLTw8iyY551t90oyBCV2V7mt55EvteHZ7tW%0ALeOX%0A
really strange, it's not coming up for me
Yes because it's not appearing to all of them since not all of them have that info public - To work around this, you can check Cortex, add the revenue data as a column, and it should populate for all companies that have that information available.
Usually revenue shows up right below SEO on the column selection here as well
Interesting, ok I added it
But still found it weird that it didn't pop up as an option in my last screenshot
And the original error still seems suspicious but I guess it's a non factor now
It didn’t show up because it’s not a constant field across all entries. As for the original error, it’s likely happening because you’re searching for account info using the account ID from your data, not Apollo’s Stage ID data. You can check Apollo’s documentation for searching accounts here: • Search for Accounts in Apollo Let me know if you need more help! 😊
Love it, thanks for the help!
