Hello, I'm trying to integrate with Loxo. I've added the slug and API key yet the integration doesn't seem to work

If you’ve already added your Agency Slug + API key and it’s still not working, first double-check you pulled both from Loxo’s setup docs and re-entered them via Settings → Connections (or from the Loxo action panel). [1]
One common gotcha: when you copy values from docs, hidden characters can sneak in. Try pasting the slug and key into a plain-text editor first, delete any weird invisible characters, then paste the cleaned version back into Clay. [2]
