Possible Email Validation Issues with Target Financial Services Company

I have ran a table to pull find people that work for financial services companies on my target account list. the results looked good so i enriched them. i am now seeing that emails could not be found for all the people that work for one specific company, or maybe the email is found but it is invalid. Could it actually be the company have set up some sort of anti email bounce checking tool so clay just thinks they are invalid emails? Seems odd that every single email at that company has returned as invalid, when other emails for other companies works well

It's unlikely that an anti-email bounce checking tool is causing all emails for a specific company to be marked as invalid. Our email validation process uses various methods to verify email addresses. The issue could be related to how our system is interpreting the company's email setup. By default, we use ZeroBounce for validation, but you can choose a different provider if needed. To investigate further: 1. Check if the emails are catch-all addresses. 2. Try toggling the "Only mark 'Safe to Send' emails as valid" option. 3. Consider using a different email validation provider. If the problem persists, you may need more specialized assistance to diagnose the issue with that specific company's email configuration.

Hi Haydn, thank you for reaching out. This might be the case, but if you wish, you could also try using an email provider not already used in the waterfall to try and find the emails you were unable to find. You can run this conditionally only on the email columns that have an empty vale (no email was found). If you need help setting a conditional run let me know and I will be happy to guide you!

Hey Haydn, Thanks for flagging that. The duplicate emails are coming from how the provider structures data for those companies. Unfortunately, it looks like other providers haven’t been able to return values either. You’ve got a couple of options: you can remove those providers, or we can try to find personal emails by running other enrichment sources. Let me know what works best for you.
