Adding Leads in One Table to Different Campaigns
Context: I have a list of about 2k leads who I want to allot to 10 different email campaigns in instantly. All of my leads are in one table.
QQ: what is the best practice for adding leads to different campaigns? Is it best to duplicate the table, or copy specific rows, or use filters (I've played around but havent found a clean effective way!)?
Hey there thanks for reaching out, this is a very good question, could you post a link to the table in particular where you are trying to accomplish this, so that we can take a look. To start of duplicating the table will not save any of the rows inside of it, all it will do is keep the columns and integrations that you used and return a blank table with the same column setup, so we can quickly eliminate this option. A workflow that you can use here in order to make sure all of the campaigns are organized, is to use filters to isolate each lead so that they will be added to the correct campaign in the following step. And then use a Write to Table to integration to send each filtered list to the correct campaign table from which you can then start adding these leads to your Instantly campaigns. The following loom shows how to use the Write to Table integration. Clay Uni - Write to Table and the following document goes over how to use filters in your table. Hey, thanks for sharing it. So yes, creating multiple instantly enrichment and each of them having a conditional formula to prevent them to run on the conditions that were previously established :) https://www.clay.com/university/lesson/how-to-use-ai-formulas
