Issues with Normalized name Formula: Empty Rows and Uppercase Names

Hey there, got a problem with a "Normalized name" formula: I've shared my prompt. My problem is that i get a lot of empty rows, + some of the names are still full uppercase like JENNIFER. for empty rows you may need to check if you got space in front of name
