Hi team, how can I see the gap between the nr of companies Clay found people for vs. the nr of companies I asked it to find companies for? Is there an easy way to get a table with these specific companies for which Clay did not find people? It sometimes seems Clay finds less people than other tools like Ocean. Is there a reason for that?
To see the gap and get a table of companies where Clay didn't find people: 1. Use the "Find People at These Companies" feature: • Click "Actions" in the top-right corner • Select "Find People at These Companies" 2. Configure your search: • Set your company table and identifiers (LinkedIn URL or domain) • Adjust filters for the type of people you're looking for 3. After the search: • Compare the number of companies in your original table to the number of companies with results • The difference is your gap 4. For companies without results: • Create a new table with your original company list • Use a formula to check if people were found for each company • Filter for companies without results If you need more detailed guidance, please ask and we'll provide step-by-step instructions.
would be great to have a direct way of doing that
Currently, there's no direct way to see this gap or get a table of companies without results. However, you can achieve this using a few steps: 1. Use the "Find People at These Companies" feature. 2. After the search, compare the number of companies in your original table to those with results. 3. Create a new table with your original company list. 4. Use a formula to check if people were found for each company. 5. Filter for companies without results. This method allows you to see the gap and create a table of companies where Clay didn't find people. If you need more detailed guidance on setting this up, let me know, and I'll provide step-by-step instructions.
