Signal Setup for Targeting New Hires in Last 3 Months

Hey, set up a signal to target new hires in the past 3 months and been getting results of people that have already been for >1 year in the company

The new hire signal tracks people hired within the last 3 months by default, but you might be getting longer-tenured employees due to filter configuration. [1]
Check your Time Window settings in the signal configuration - make sure it's set to capture only recent hires (3 months max). [2]
Also verify the Minimum Number Of Months Since Start Date Of Current Role parameter isn't set too high, as this could pull in people who've been in their roles longer than 3 months. [3]
Try reconfiguring these filters to tighten the time parameters for truly recent hires.
