Now that the write to other table feature doesnt exist anymore how can I map columsn to new columns in another table with "send table data"?
You can map columns to new columns in another table using the "Send table data" feature:
1. In your table, click Actions
→ Send table data
2. Select your destination table
3. Choose Send row
method
4. Select which columns from your source table to send to the destination table
5. Click Save
This replaces the legacy "write to table" feature but provides the same column mapping functionality.
When using "Send table data" to map columns to existing columns in another table: 1. In your table, click Actions → Send table data 2. Select your destination table 3. Choose "Send row" method 4. You'll see options to select which source columns to send to the destination table 5. Map your source columns to the corresponding columns in the destination table This replaces the legacy "write to table" feature but provides the same column mapping functionality.
David - were you able to get this to work? i'm finding the same limitation with the new "Send to table" feature
Currently, the "Send table data" feature doesn't have the same column mapping functionality as the legacy "write to table" feature. The good news is that the legacy "Write to Other Table" columns are still available when you use the "Add Enrichment" button. We'll keep this option available until the rollout of the new routing features is complete.
I'm not so sure about that - it's not available when i go to add an enrichment
i was able to create a row, and the item in that row has the data in the JSON blob. i guess i'm struggling with the last part then of "mapping in the new table"?
for each of the elements, is it something like "Map to an existing column" for each JSON element?
i think that was it
and if so....gotta say that is super non-intuitive
thank you!
Hey guys, thanks for reaching out! Let us know if there's anything else we can assist with!! :)
