Account Access: • Make sure you're either using the Clay-managed RocketReach account (default option) or • If you're on a paid plan (Starter, Explorer, Pro), verify your RocketReach API key is correctly added through the enrichment panel 2. Required Input Fields: For Person Enrichment: • Ensure you've provided both name and current employer • Adding Social URL, Job Title, and Email can improve search resultsFor Company Enrichment: ** Verify you've entered the company domain ** Consider adding Company Social URL, Name, and Stock Ticker for better accuracyIf you're still experiencing issues after checking these points, you may want to request help from a human agent for further troubleshooting. Hey Kirshia, just following up! Since this issue is related to RocketReach, we’ve noticed that RocketReach is experiencing rate limit issues. In the meantime, we recommend removing it from the waterfall for now. Let me know if you have any questions! :)
