hi everyone, having some issues with the write to other table run only settings. I have a couple write to tables setup and depending on the records intent, im pushing the records to a new table for email creation, however the write to table only run, rules are not triggering and the coloumn itself is not running "run condition not met" Here is the AI prompt i dropped in: "only run, if /Website Visitor is false and /Topic is one of IT Asset Discovery, IT Asset Disposition, IT Asset Management, Supplier Lifecycle Management, or Product Lifecycle Management" Here is the forumla the AI created: "!{{Website Visitor}} && ["it asset discovery", "it asset disposition", "it asset management", "supplier lifecycle management", "product lifecycle management"].includes({{TOPIC}}?.toLowerCase())" The actual values of the intent field are below: IT Asset Management Remote onboarding IT Asset Discovery IT Asset Disposition IT Asset Discovery IT Lifecycle Management IT Asset Management Remote onboarding Information Lifecycle Management Onboarding IT Asset Discovery Onboarding IT Lifecycle Management Information Lifecycle Management Offboarding
Based on your condition syntax, there might be an issue with how the formula is structured. When setting up conditional runs, you need to ensure the formula follows Clay's syntax requirements. Here's how to properly set up your condition: 1. For checking if Website Visitor is false:
Use {{Website Visitor}} == false
2. For checking if Topic matches specific values:
Use {{Topic}} in ["IT Asset Discovery", "IT Asset Disposition", "IT Asset Management", "Supplier Lifecycle Management", "Product Lifecycle Management"]Combine these conditions using AND: {{Website Visitor}} == false AND {{Topic}} in ["IT Asset Discovery", "IT Asset Disposition", "IT Asset Management", "Supplier Lifecycle Management", "Product Lifecycle Management"]You can also use the "Use AI" button in the "Only run if" box to help translate your plain language instructions into the correct formula syntax.

Thanks Charles, can you add some context on what specific write to other table you're looking to modify your run conditions for? I see several columns in this table you shared.
can you jump on a quick call? 5-10 mins?
its the three coloumns called "Write to Intent Email" (onboarding) (offboarding) (IT asset management)

Hi Charles, I do see the issue actually - actively investigating this now.
Hi Charles, thanks for your patience while we looked into this. Our engineering team reviewed your CSV import and identified some non-standard spacing that was causing the issue.
