Issues with Clay People Tool for Mobile Phone Retrieval

Hi, I'm having trouble using the built-in clay people tool to get mobile phone. When I run the people finder column, I see the option to get mobile phone, but it just hangs and never writes. It's okay if it hangs, but it gives no result, so you don't know what is going on

It was for the people enrichment column. It feeds to another table

I just couldn’t get it to enrich mobile phone for each contact. It found contacts—and maybe they didn’t have mobile numbers, but it just hangs when I run it.

When I go to the people enrich, and run it I get this window where I can select to enrich for mobile phone. The problem is that it just hangs after I select that and it never enriches for mobile phone. Maybe I am doing this wrong??

Hey! Quick question, was the mobile enrichment originally included in your initial setup? Right now I'd recommend to head to the enrichment panel (top right), search for "mobile" and add the mobile enrichment. Since your table is already created, you'll need to make a new one to get this data. Let me know if you need help setting it up!
