Identifying Companies Marked as YES and Sorting in PPL Table - VLOOKUP Function Help Needed

I have a company and ppl table:

I need to identify the companies I marked as YES on comp table to the ppl table to sort out (like vlookup)

what function should I use? I tried lookup table but not successful.

sorrry can you explain that? I created a lookup to pull this "yes" column from your company table to your ppl table

would it work if the company list I have is already filtered - then I want these info to match the raw ppl list I have to have indentifier. Context: I need to see from the ppl table - which of these leads are part of the filtered list of companies I have on another table so I can easily sort them out
