Inquiry About Clay Team Credit Renewal Timing
Hello Clay team! Our credits should be renewed today and it keeps saying in 2 hours, in 1 hour, November 8th. Is it renewed at the end of the day?

I would appreciate it if we can get an understanding on why the renewal was pushed to December 8th!
Hey there Sabrina thanks for reaching out, your credits should have renewed when the deadline passed, can you refresh your page and see if the credits are there. The reason why the renewal date now says Dec 8th, is due to the 8th of every month being the renewal date for the account.
