Heyo, my referral didn't get their 3k credits
There are a few requirements that need to be met for the referral credits to be awarded: 1. The person must have signed up using your unique referral link 2. They need to have activated a paid account with ClayYou can check the status of your referrals by: 1. Going to your workspace settings 2. Clicking on the "Referrals" tab 3. Looking at your referral activityIf the referral link was used correctly and they subscribed to a paid plan but the credits still weren't awarded, please ask for human support assistance to investigate further.
