Hi team! My credits don't seem to refreshing at the beginning of the month as expected. Can someone assist?

I noticed the date changed to feb 18 just now. previous to upgrading from monthly to annual it was on the 1st. Is it possible to load up the credits on the 1st (today, march 1, etc..)
