Resolving Job Change Monitoring Limits for Multiple Clients

Hi does anybody know how to get around this error? We have over 10 clients so we want to monitor for job changes for each but it seems there is a limit?

    Hi Deisy, thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, users on non-enterprise plans are limited to three job change sources. Usage is capped at 1,000 contacts monitored per source, with a maximum of three sources. It looks like you’ve reached this limit of three sources, which is why you're seeing this error message.     Hi Owen L. thanks for the response! Is there a similar cap on the enterprise plan? If there isn't we might be interested in moving to that.

    Mike H. See his response! We can only have 3 sources even if it's less than 3000 contacts.

    Of course!! At the enterprise level, there’s no official hard cap, and this feature is handled on a case-by-case basis, especially since it's one of our newer offerings. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions! 😊
