Adding Numbers or Dates to a Table: Simple Methods and Formulas

Is there a simple formula or another way to add a number or a date to a table and: a. Fill the exact same number down b. Fill in sequential order down ?

    Can you clarify what formula you're trying to build here? You'd like to add a unique identifier to each row in your table and vary that identifier across rows, or copy that same identifier across a list of leads?
