I think I accidentally upgraded my account early.
I was trying to upgrade the account for next month but I did it for this month. Can you please reverse the charges?
Currently, our system bills the full amount for plan upgrades since it immediately provides you with the corresponding credits and resets your billing cycle.If you receive a refund for the lower plan after upgrading, the credits corresponding to that plan's allocation would be deducted from your account. For instance, if the lower plan included 2,000 credits, those would be removed once the refund is processed.To discuss your specific situation and explore refund options, please ask to speak with a human agent who can review your account details.

I was on the 800 dollar plan and it was going to renew on 10th
And I wanted to move to the 1000 dollar plan
I thought when I will upgrade it will upgrade on 10th
