Removing Duplicate Companies from Leadership Position List

How can I separate companies that have more than 2-3 people in the list - currently I have them from a companies search then put into a find people search - then i realized there is 8 of the same company for people listed and I ran the email find for them all I’ve already grouped them by leadership positions for each company, but when I ran an email search, I found duplicates—8 emails from the same company. How can I remove duplicate companies without losing the leadership positions associated with them?
