Troubleshooting Null Results in LinkedIn Profile Enrichment
Hi Team, The person enrichment (getting linkedin profiles from personal emails) is throwing null results everytime. Can you help me fix this?

Mark L.··Hi there – would you happen to know any example rows/columns where you were confident a LinkedIn URL should be returned, but none was? I'm trying to understand if the providers are simply lacking information (no page exists), or if they're failing to return data. Checking the logs here, I'm seeing successful communication with the providers, but they didn't have any data to share.
Mark L. I entered my personal email in row 14(confident of it returning data here) and it didn't return my linkedin profile. Most of the providers have returned no user found for now. Would love to know if there's an alternate way to get work email from personal email ids

Thanks for giving that a shot. In testing with my own address, I got the results I expected. Luckily I'm not seeing any technical issues, per se. Connections to the data providers are working fine, and they are returning results. I see you've run against 10 rows thus far. I'd encourage you to run against more rows, to ensure you get a larger sample to draw conclusions from. Common reasons for no results would be the people's privacy settings, which may prevent providers from accessing details. Other people might have accounts under a different email address, and so on. That said, keep in mind that enriching personal emails tends to yield less information than work emails. (In part because data providers don't always expose personal emails.)

I'll add, if you have other relevant data points – e.g. name, job title, etc. – then using web-enabled AI models like ChatGPT can be useful as a fallback. You can create an AI step as a fallback, with a prompt to use Google to scour the web to try to find good matches. Let us know me know if you have other questions!
