I ran a waterfall and the final output is completely broken. After it ate about 10k credits. Help! The account email is jordan.black@marketerhire.com
Based on your description, it's likely that your waterfall stopped working due to running out of API credits. Here's how you can fix it: 1. First, you'll need to purchase additional credits from your email verification provider. 2. Once you've added more credits, you can restart the process by: • Going to your first waterfall column • Using the "Run all rows that haven't run or have errors" optionThis approach will only process the entries that weren't completed due to the credit shortage, avoiding duplicate runs on already successful searches.Note: If you're running an email waterfall, you might notice that sometimes the waterfall continues running even after finding an email. This typically happens when an email was found but failed the validation check, which is part of ensuring data quality. Source: Enrich People (Waterfalls) [Clay 101] - Clay University

Thanks Jordan, and can you direct me to the issue you are seeing? It looks like your waterfall is running correctly, there were just a lot of invalid email addresses that were found.
Tanvi (Clay) I have a bunch of instances like this where it looks like an email was captured but then it is not validated or push through:
Hey Jordan, this validation cell shows "Run condition not met" as it is likely this email was validated in a previous cell before
Understood! My noob understanding got me. Thanks Tanvi (Clay) I also figured out why it burned through so many credits. I accidentally left People Data Labs in the waterfall. 😞
Still happens to me too Jordan, no worries! Here's another explanation of the work email waterfall logic if helpful: https://www.loom.com/share/e79acd92841a4706b1710c4ce1bddaa4
