Hey team. I've found a bunch of profiles of individuals. Now I want to take all of those individuals and find a convenient location for them to meet based on their office's location. How can I find their office location and ensure that its the office branch in NYC and then find a good meeting point for all them?
You can find office locations and plan a meeting point through these steps: 1. Use data enrichment tools to find office addresses: • Apollo.io • Clearbit • People Data Labs • These integrations can help verify and enrich contact information including office addresses. 2. For local business locations and mapping: • Use Google Maps integration to find and verify office locations • Filter for NYC-based offices specifically 3. To find a convenient meeting point: • Use the Mapbox integration to calculate distances and durations between different office locations • This will help determine an optimal meeting location based on everyone's office addresses Make sure to verify the office addresses are current and specifically for NYC branches before planning the meeting point.
How do i remove duplicates?
You have two options to remove duplicate profiles: 1. Using Auto-dedupe: • Click the Auto-dedupe icon at the bottom right of your table • Select "Enable automatic deduplication" • Choose the column you want to dedupe by • Click "Save Changes" 2. Manual column deduplication: • Click on the header of the column containing duplicate profiles • Select "Dedupe" from the dropdown menu • Confirm which duplicate values to remove and click "Delete" Important: Keep in mind that: ** Deleted rows cannot be recovered ** Duplicates are identified by exact string matches ** The process is case-sensitive (e.g., "Clay" and "clay" are treated as different) ** Extra spaces are considered in matching
If you don’t want to turn on auto De-dupe and you just want to DD by a column, you can click on the column header and go down to De-dupe
To dedupe by a specific column without using auto-dedupe: 1. Click on the header of the column you want to dedupe 2. Select "Dedupe" from the dropdown menu 3. Confirm which duplicate values you want to remove 4. Click "Delete" Important notes: ** This action cannot be undone, so proceed carefully ** Duplicates are identified by exact string matches ** The process is case-sensitive (e.g., "Clay" and "clay" are treated as different values) ** Extra spaces are considered in matching (e.g., "Clay " and "Clay" are treated as different)
