Hi guys, can you please unlock my account again -- not sure why this keeps happening. I'm on an explorer plan

    Hi Mathew, thank you for reaching out. The account associated to miacone@resolvegrowth.com seems to not be locked on my system. Could you please confirm that is the email associated to the account that has been blocked?
