Issues with Prompt Saving: Cut-off Concerns and Lack of Alerts

Why are the prompts being cut-off and not fully saving? When I hit save, and then try to edit the prompt again, the latter part of the prompt is cut off. There's no warning or indicator this is happening.

I tested it further and it appears that if i paste in with cleared formatting, it works correctly.
