Cohort credits are issued automatically the week before the cohort starts. Since you're in cohort 20 but haven't received your credits yet, this could mean the cohort hasn't started or the automatic issuance is still processing.
You should receive 1000 joining credits per workspace, plus an additional 3000 graduation credits if you complete all assignments before the deadline. Credits are only issued once per workspace, even if multiple users from the same workspace join.
