Hi Clay S. I have a Clay table with a Hubspot Active List as source. But the number of companies are not the same In the Hubspot I have more companies than in the Clay Tables.
SL BE-big People HubSpot: 8209 VS Clay: 5277
SL NL-big People HubSpot: 24330 VS Clay: 23454
Why is this happening?
This discrepancy occurs because limits are likely being applied during the import process. When importing from HubSpot, search filters or restrictions (such as limiting the number of records per company) can reduce the final import count even though the source shows more records.
To resolve this, check your import settings for any applied limits or restrictions before importing. You can also try refreshing your data by re-running the import using the "Update Now" option in your table's Sources section to pull the most recent updates.

Hey Patricia - We are working on the bug on our end, but I wanted to share a quick work-around to get you unblocked. If you attach the source to a new table and re-run it with manual triggers, I believe all of your records should populate. Hope this helps!
