Hey Clay Team, not sure if this is the best thread to address it, or if there is a better place for me to get help, but I was approved for the Clay Community Equity Offering, but when I try to follow-through on it using republic.com/clay it tells me that Clay "has not given me access to this offering". Let me know if I should provide more info here or follow-up somewhere else
I apologize for the confusion you're experiencing with the Clay Community Equity Offering. The issue you're facing isn't specifically addressed in our available information. However, here's what we know about the offering process: 1. Applications were open until February 26 at 11:59 PM EST. 2. All applicants were to be notified on or before March 10 about their application status and next steps. Since you mentioned being approved, it's possible there might be a technical issue with the access link. To resolve this, I recommend you request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" in this chat. Our support team can look into your specific case and help troubleshoot the access problem.
Thanks - I clicked on "Talk to a human". If someone could hop in to help me, that would be fantastic.
Hey there James thanks for reaching out, sorry for the delay, could you send us the email you used here so that we can check what happened here. If you don't feel comfortable sending it in the thread you can send it via a DM.
Hey LuisArturo, the email I used to sign-up for Republic was jmcritelli6@gmail.com. This was the one that should have been approved by Clay (according to the email I received)
Hey LuisArturo - just want to follow-up here
Sorry for the delay the team is looking into this.
Hey there James just heard back, Can you please make sure you verify your email address with Republic before investing. If you didn't receive a verification email from Republic, please check the spam folder.
Thanks LuisArturo - that worked; it's now requiring me to reach out to Plaid Support to verify my identity. I have sent them an email and am waiting to hear back.
Great to hear that James.
