Hi Team, I have a problem with my account. I no longer have an old account that I bought credits on and was curious how can I access this?
We don't have a way to directly access old accounts or transfer credits between accounts. However, you can view your current credit balance and purchase additional credits if needed. To check your remaining credits, go to Settings > Plans and Billing. The amount of credits left will be listed under your plan. If you need more credits, you can purchase them by following these steps: 1. Go to Settings > Plans and Billing 2. Click on "Purchase credits" 3. Select from the given options or enter a custom value 4. Click "Continue" to complete the purchase Can you provide more information about the old account? For example, do you still have access to the email address associated with it?
Hi there, I really need help since I had some $50 worth of credits and I no longer have access to the old email, why would I not be able to get it transfered to my new one
I paid for those credits and request to have them in my account, I also have old workflows and automations that i have for current clients and cannot access them!
This is a major problem, please advise...
