Webhook Limitations: Understanding the 50,000 Record Issue

Question is there a way to make a table and for some reason my webhook seems to stop working after about 49,800~ records instead of the 50,000 is there an explanation for that ? Thanks in advance

I sent in a private message the hook. Is there anyway to do it outside the UI, via api/fetch call? and is there any way to upsert/edit records outside of the table via API as well
