Troubleshooting the Find People Table for Sales Development Leads

Hi! I'm trying to create a find people table with "Sales Development" leaders in the US. However the result keeps coming out with only 50 leads in the table when I limit it to 1 lead per company. However, If I dont add any limits to the amount of leads per company the result shows as 25k+ Am I doing something wrong? Is there any reason why the people table wont return more leads when limit the amount of leads per company?
