Troubleshooting Blank Smartlead Cells in Workflow Automation
hi folks - i have an intermittent issue where random smartlead cells will remain blank rather than showing 'run condition not met' or an attempted run. any help?

Tanvi R.··Hey Vlad, It looks like a few cells are blank in your Smartlead column due to an issue with stale data in your table. This means that a few of the data inputs that you've linked to in your Smartlead set up are not saved correctly. It looks like the stale data inputs are coming from this Secondary Job Title Column which is one of the inputs you have linked. is there a reason my formula is coming up with that warning when outputting null?

I basically copied that formula from another table that does not have this issue

figured it out - need to specifically use ' "" ' instead of 'null'

That's great Vlad! I just took a look at your table and see the warning message has been resolved in the formula column and the Smartlead column is running smoothly! Now that the data in the formula columns is properly linked there is no stale data :) Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with in your table!
