Hi Clay Team, Two questions for you.
My Clay Table isn't outputting the complete Linkedin summary with the Enrich Linkedin User enrichment... only a portion.
The Enrich Linkedin user enrichment is not recognizing publications although it is available on their actual linkedin.
Any ideas? https://app.clay.com/workspaces/43672/tables/t_X28TaoX3PJhC/views/gv_2ysZX0PQIhL7
Hey Dave, thanks for the message, taking a look
any thoughts?
another odd one with the linkedin enrichment is that the publications aren't posting. So the two issues are,
summary is partial
publications that are public on profile are not pushing through in table
Hey Dave, apologies for the delay. One of our tools that helps with the LinkedIn information when profiles had restrictions in place was not functioning properly but seems to be getting some information now. Of course, this tool will work when those profiles with some visibility restrictions are present but it can't pick up all the data fields like for those profiles that aren't restricted. So this is a limitation it may be running into.
Thanks for the heads up. in this table for example, those profiles were public profiles. Confirmed because i am not connected and was able to view information.... what do you think?
Thanks! I'll take a look at them... By chance, did they pop up a "Log in to view full profile" message? That usually indicates they are restricted
Here's one example that would be considered a restricted profile:
interesting. I'm logged in but not connected to them... didnt' realize that was the case. Is there a work around here
Unfortunately, we don't have a workaround for LinkedIn at the moment. You could try using the Google Search enrichment and inputting your contacts' names and companies.
