i cant reset my password, always got this expired link message even though i click on it within seconds please help Clay S.

    Thanks, got it! Could you try hard refreshing your browser and then trying the reset password option? Mac: * Chrome and/or Firefox = Press Cmd + Shift + R * Safari = Press Cmd + Option + R PC: * Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge = Press Ctrl + F5

    Just to confirm, if you click the most recent email sent (timestamped 10:29 AM in your screenshot), does it still say expired? I’ll verify with the team.

    yes, they are al expired even if i click on the link within seconds
