Request for Credit Refund Due to Misunderstanding of Charges

Hi team, is is possible to get credit refund for this? Mistakenly took 1 credit per result as 1 credit per cell only, a bit misleading i guess? So it was ran as usual, until I realized its actually 10 credits per cell as default setting damn1cat_confusedaaaaaa Thank you

    Hi Marielle, thanks for reaching out! Yes, the ocean.io find lookalikes integration charges 1 credit per result! In the future, I'd reccomend setting a limit on the number of results returned by setting a limit on the number of returned companies. You can find this information in our documentation here. I see you spent 4.66K credits on this enrichment today. We normally don't refund for results that were run successfully, but I'm happy to make an exception for you and just added back those credits to your account!
