Preventing Duplication in Results & Credits Refund Request
Hi, I got 6 duplicates in my results. How do I prevent that and can I get a credit refund for those?
Thanks for flagging this Jeannette, I do see the duplicates and have mentioned this to the team. As for the credits, I don't see any enrichments in the table right now and the search doesn't use your credits. Did you by chance delete an enrichment column?
I didn't. I guess my credits were used on the company search? This is my first so I am learning and appreciate your help. Should I see if my company search also has dupes?
Ah yes, it would've been using credits if you enriched anything on the company table
But for both company and people searches, it doesn't use any credits unless you add an enrichment to the table

Also an FYI, when I brought this to the team, it was mentioned as a known issue that is currently being worked on to fix 🙂 so that fix will be pushed later this month
