ZoomInfo Integration
Our ZoomInfo integration enriches company and contact records with comprehensive business data, organizational insights, and contact details. [1]
Setup:
In a Clay table, click Add enrichment and search for ZoomInfo
Select a ZoomInfo option under Integrations
Choose your ZoomInfo account or click + Add account to authenticate
Actions available:
Enrich company: Gets revenue, competitors, and company hierarchy data using company name or website
Enrich contact: Enhances contact data using email address OR first name, last name, and company name
Requirements: You need your own ZoomInfo account with API access enabled. [2] If you can't connect, contact ZoomInfo support to confirm API access is enabled.
Is that what you were looking for?
I have the ZI API access enabled but when try to add an enrichment in Clay it states the I don't have API access.
This is usually due to one of the following issues:
Your email or password is incorrect
Your ZoomInfo account doesn't have API access enabled
You're using SSO (Single Sign-On), which isn't supported for API
To fix this, reach out to ZoomInfo support to confirm that your account has API access and to get it unblocked. [1]

Hey, when you see that message, it means your ZoomInfo account doesn’t have API access enabled. You’ll need to upgrade your ZoomInfo plan or contact their support team to get API access added. Once that’s active, the integration in Clay will connect normally.
Let me know if you want me to show where to check your API status in ZoomInfo.
as I said above I have the ZI Enterprise API access enabled, it's confirmed.
In Clay, I create a new connection for ZI by logging in using username and password and it shows that it has successfully connected. (screenshot)
Then I proceed to run the ZI data enrichment by entering the inputs. (screenshot)
When I run this enrichment the message shown in the table is that I have invalid credentials. (screenshot)
Where am I making the mistake in this integration?
https://community.clay.com/x/support/j1ifuscplcuh/connecting-clay-to-zoominfo-troubleshooting-api-au i found an article by Clay on HTTP API JWT integration, should i try setting this up instead of using the ZI enrichment?
Hey Abhinav- this indicates that you don't have the proper permissions/auth in your ZoomInfo account. On our end, we should make this messaging clearer as users are typically able to add their ZI account but not use it in the product. I would reach out to ZI support team to get the proper permissions to use in Clay. Hope this helps, and apologies for the poor messaging here.
I'm currently on a trial account, is that why this issue is occurring?
