I had 10k credits that were expiring today, I didn't realize it would be exact on todays date. Can I get one more day to use these?
Unfortunately, expired credits cannot be extended or recovered once they've passed their expiration date. For future reference, if you have a monthly subscription, unused credits roll over and accumulate up to 2x your plan's credit limit. If you need more credits now, you can purchase credit top-ups directly from your billing modal - new credits are added instantly. If you need further help with this situation, you should request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
I thought I had today to finish it, as it says to use them by July 9th, not before.
Hi Cooper, thank you for reaching out. Happy to provide a one-time rollover of your credits. I just added those credits back to your account. Let me know if you need anything else!
Thank you so much Stefono!
Also does the enterprise account allow you to have more that 50k rows?
Hi Cooper, yes, the Enterprise account allows you to have more than 50,000 rows. While standard tables are limited to 50,000 rows, the Enterprise Plan includes a feature called "Passthrough Tables," which supports more rows. This means you can build tables with more rows using this feature on the Enterprise plan. If you need to handle more than 50,000 rows, upgrading to the Enterprise plan and using Passthrough Tables is the recommended approach.
but it could handle like 1 million rows? or do you need to divide them up?
Hi, I believe that could be possible as well. However, to be completely honest with you, as the number of rows in a table increases, overall performance may degrade simply due to the size of the data it will hold. In this case, it might be more effective to split the data across smaller tables (perhaps 100k t 200k rows). That said, if you're on an enterprise plan, you'll also have access to more personalized support from our CX team, who can help you optimize these workflows more efficiently. Let me know if you have any more questions :)
okay thanks
Happy to help!
