Challenges Pulling Product Data from Shopify for Digital Store Setup

Hello - I was working with the Shopify enrichment and the option to pull product data doesn't give the category and description of the products. I am building a way to pull all the data and build a digital store from the shopify store and using clay to do that on scale but stuck because of these keys not coming in the response.

Hey there Shivansh thanks for reaching out, could yyou post a link to the table where you are working on this so that we can take a look for you. Also when setting up the integration did you set it to "return counts only" if so this is why no details are being brought in. This option will just return the count of products, toggling this of will show the details of products.

LuisArturo sharing the settings that I see on shopify - this doesn’t have the option to select description.

Hello Shivansh! I wanted to let you know that I've looked into the Shopify integration and it seems that the product description and category may not be available for all results. Have you considered using the Clay Agent? It could be a great alternative solution for your needs. I've even created a custom video using some of your sample data to show you how it works. Hello Daniel K. I tried this but I am trying to work through with 1800 sellers and if they have 100 products each 180000 credits will be consumed and then same for just getting the products

Hello Shivansh! I see that the trial for this account was already extended in the past. I will extend the trial one more time which will give you some more credits, but we will not be able to do this again after this extension expires.
