Hey team, my work email waterfall is showing emails that are not validated by Zerobounce for some reason. how do I make sure only validated emails are showing as final results?
To ensure only Zerobounce-validated emails appear in your work email waterfall results, you can use the "Safe to Send" toggle in the Zerobounce settings. Here's how it works: 1. By default, catch-all emails are included as valid results in your waterfall. 2. To be more selective, enable the "Safe to Send" toggle when configuring your Zerobounce validation. This will: • Only return emails categorized as "valid" • Exclude catch-all emails from your results • Show only emails that are considered completely safe for sending While the validation columns are hidden by default to keep your table clean, you can unhide these columns to see exactly how Zerobounce is validating each email.
Is that what you were looking for?
I did that but still got catch-all emails:
To ensure your work email waterfall only shows Zerobounce-validated emails without catch-all emails: 1. Enable the "only mark safe to send" option in your waterfall configuration. 2. When this option is activated, the system will: • Only return emails categorized as "valid" • Exclude all catch-all emails from your valid email list • Show only emails that are completely safe for sending You can verify the validation process by unhiding the validation columns in your table to see how Zerobounce is categorizing each email.

Hey - Do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so we can take a look?
Hey Bo, sorry—I actually deleted the column to move forward with the campaign. However, it was with the SMB Waterfall. The ENT Waterfall was fine, and Zerobounce ran successfully for all the emails in the waterfall. I believe there are a few vendors that self-assign "valid" status, bypassing Zerobounce and marking those emails as valid—even if it’s the same email from the initial waterfall that Zerobounce categorizes as catch-all or invalid (which cause Zerobounce to skip because it's the same email)
Got it - if it's not present, it'll be a bit hard for me to see this issue. If you encounter it again, please point it out to us so we can try to fix it.
