The spam filters aren’t controlled by Clay. Each email provider has its own spam filters, and images in first emails often trigger those filters. That’s why I recommended avoiding images. However, I’m not a deliverability expert, so I’d suggest reaching out to your email service provider for more specific advice on this! 😊
