Troubleshooting Adding More Hiring Companies to Workbook

I want to add more companies that are hiring to an existing workbook. I keep getting errors despite trying to add new jobs three different ways (see videos for three different methods). I think this is because I added 25000 max in the first search, but only about 8000 companies and 615 contacts are in the table, so i am not sure why the system does not pick up that i have not hit the 25000 row limit. here is the workbook link: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/290686/workbooks/wb_M6Zh3HAjzGJz/tables/t_jrkh7kwW8sjZ/views/gv_PuSUossBKoDg How do i add more contacts that are from companies hiring to an existing workbook? I do want to have to keep creating new workbooks or tables everytime i want to find more contacts with the same table structure.

Hey Andrew! Thanks for reaching out. Checking this with the team. It looks like the limits needed to be set at the same or greater than the number of existing records for that search. I tested this in your table (increased the limit to match that) and successfully imported more records. We'll confirm the expected behaviour for updating the search and get back with an update🙏🏽.

Hey Andrew! Happy to clarify. Apologies for the confusion🙏🏽. The error message in your table after editing the source showed that the limits needed to be set at either greater than or equal to the count of existing records in your table. That is the results returned in your table, for that source. In your video, the limit applied was lower (1000 at 1 job per company) than the count of existing records. When I increased the limit to 25000, the search ran successfully. We're still running tests internally and checking with the engineering team to confirm expected behaviour for your search, but increasing the limit resolved the error in the "edit source" section. We're also checking the "add more jobs" section to determine why the search action failed. We'll get back as soon as we know more. Really sorry for the inconvenience.

I made a quick video explaining the search issue and how to prevent this from happening: https://www.loom.com/share/081187e6b5fb4aec85986883e29e91e4 Essentially, the source limit set must be greater than or equal to the number of records in the source and lower than your plan's limit (25k records). If you intend to edit the criteria, you can leave the limit set unchanged to import more records or set a higher limit to import more results (shown in the video above).
