Troubleshooting Insert Columns Feature: Values Are Empty

Hi Support. I can't use "insert columns" feature, it seems like any rows doesn't have any values. In other words I have found companies and i have found people, but when i try to use any enrichment tool and use the insert column feature, the values are all empty, why is that? Every one of them is empty.

Thi didn't respond my concern. I know how to use the columns as variables. Problem is that I don't see any values when in the rows when I try to use the slash option

Hi that refresh actually did the trick. Can you please also explain to me what auto update is or do you have a video for this?
