How to Fix Filtering Issues in Your Data Table

I accidentally typed "/" into my filter when trying to filter countries that weren't my ICP out of a list and now I am faced with this whenever I open the table. Any ideas on how I can fix it?

Further issue, this table has now disappeared from my Clay workspace. Not ideal. Need this back, will appreciate any and all help. Merci.

Yeah this is correct it is not on my Clay account - it is in the account of mark.mcdowell@primal.co.th I can't share the link to this table as it is been deleted from our Clay workspace. Let me know what else I can do to help, I need this table back. Cheers
