I think I need to reset my Clay key. I've deleted and recreated them and I'm still unable to do a single row lookup on another Clay table. Please send help. Thanks!

To reset your Clay API key and enable single row lookup, follow these steps: 1. Click on your profile picture in the top navigation bar and select "Settings". 2. Under "Your Profile", locate the "API Key" section. 3. Generate a new API key if needed. 4. Ensure the new key is properly connected in your integrations. For single row lookup: ** Use the "Lookup Single Row in Other Table" action. ** Select the table to search, target column, filter operator, and row value. Hey there, thanks for reaching out! Just to confirm, when you say you cannot use the Single Row lookup are you saying you're unable to see these tables available as shown in the image below? Or are you referring to a specific function after selecting one of these tables?

I spoke with my colleague and he said that he's had it happen before and you guys had to reset the Clay key. We tried doing that on our end, but it didn't help.

Gotcha, appreciate the context! Reseting the key is what I just did as well. After doing so, I was able to see tables in this dropdown. Curious, if you select the "support_testing" account are you able to see tables to select from?

Got it! Which table are you looking for exactly? This is likely a mixup between the workbook title and the table title, let me know happy to clarify. :)
