Fixing Duplicate Companies in HubSpot from Website Visits

I have a problem. When I have a new website visit I have one column saying lookup object in hubspot by Domain and one create an new company if lookup unsuccessful. Problem is: lookup ran once, nothing found at the first time. Now each time the company visited our website, the create company ran again. Why is that? I have so man duplicates now
