Issue with Creating New Contact in HubSpot Due to ID Error

hey support team- I'm not sure what is happening here. I have a create object to create a new contact in Hubspot. The cell has run and the object was supposedly created- I receive an error that the ID already exists. However, there is no such contact in my CRM when I look up directly and the Lookup object does not work- returns no object.
