Streamlining Outbound Prospect List Creation in Clay and Salesforce

Hi Team, really enjoying he tool but have a question. I am trying to streamline the outbound prospect list creation process for my team and I am wondering if there ways others have:

  1. 1.

    created clay table templates for individual reps to use that include all necessary columns/fields

  2. 2.

    auto-populate fields in the Salesforce integration when using these prospects to create contacts?

I'm trying to minimize the amount of clicks and manual field matching that is currently required in the flow I have created.

    Here's how to streamline your process:1. Create a template table: ā€¢ Go to your workspace ā€¢ Click "Create New" > "Table" ā€¢ Choose "People Table" for prospect lists 2. Set up Salesforce integration: ā€¢ Add the "Create Record" action to your table ā€¢ Select your Salesforce account ā€¢ Choose the object type (e.g., Contact, Lead) ā€¢ Map your Clay table fields to match Salesforce fields ā€¢ Configure the action to run automatically when new rows are addedFor field mapping, ensure you include all required Salesforce fields (like First Name, Last Name, Email for Contacts) and any optional fields important for your team.     Hey there Caleb thanks for reaching out, to answer your questions in order 1.There is a way to share a table as a template in Clay. AS for auto populating fields from a Salesforce integration, the way the integration is currently setup is that the initial pull will no auto map the values because the table does not know which ones will be needed, which is why we leave it up to users to decided. However, once those initial fields are pulled, any additional prospects pulled from Salesforce will be auto mapped when they come in.
