Morning guys, could you refund 700 credits pls. Re-ran a column for the timed out rows/ rows with errors, but for some reason the entire row next to it using claude on credits, started running again for all rows. https://app.clay.com/workspaces/238722/tables/t_egPb35z9h28v/views/gv_PrjVjdyX48AC
While we do offer refunds in certain situations, they are specifically for cases where data providers fail to return valid results. For AI enrichments like Claude, the best practice is to test with a small sample (about 10 rows) before running the entire column to avoid unexpected credit usage. To prevent this situation in the future, I recommend:1. Testing your AI prompts on a small sample first 2. Turning off auto-update while building your table 3. Using conditional runs to limit enrichments to specific rowsIf you need further assistance with your specific credit situation, please click on "Talk to a person" to connect with our support team who can help review your case. Hey, thanks for reaching out, Hugo. I will proceed with the refund here, but this will happen because: 1. Auto-update is on 2. There was an update in its dependencies So, to prevent stale data, it'll re-run. Here are some guides that can help: How to manage stale data Tips for saving credits Credits 101 - Happy Thanksgiving ๐๐๐ฆ
Hey Bo (. - thanks for the refund. I understand that the row was on auto-run, it should be. What I'm saying is that the column that I reran was filled for like 740 or 750 rows. 10 being empty because of hitting GPT limits. So I reran only those 10 rows and all the other 740 rows stayed the exactly same. Yet all 750 rows in the column claude was on (the auto-run column) - started running.
Seems like they might've also been updated. If you update a column (prompt, models, output, etc, etc) that would make it re-run too because it's a new version, meaning it'll be stale! Sorry that all happened to you! :)
