I ran a formula to look at job title and categorise it based on categories i gave it, it only did it for half of them but left a lot blank, why would this happen if all the leads have job titles
There could be a few reasons why your job title categorization formula didn't process all entries: 1. The formula might not have keywords that match all job title variations. When mapping job titles to personas, the system relies on matching specific keywords to categorize titles correctly. 2. The formula's logical conditions might be too restrictive. If you're using AND operators in your formula, both conditions need to be true for the categorization to work. Consider reviewing your logical operators to ensure they're not unintentionally filtering out valid entries. To improve the results: ** Review and expand your keyword list to cover more job title variations ** Check your formula's logic and conditions * Use the "Ask question about items with AI" option from the column options to help generate a more comprehensive formula Sources: Map Job Title to Persona with Clay Logical operators | Documentation | Clay University AI Formulas + Conditional Runs [Clay 101] - Clay University
